Acorn fed ibérico ham Sliced

In Señorío de Aldeavieja, our acorn fed Ibérico ham comes from acorn fed pigs raised and exclusively fed during the acorn-rich montanera season in the woodlands of south west Spain.

Due to our production process which lasts more than 30 months, its tasting notes reveal an intense burgundy colour with glistening intramuscular fat, an intense aroma reminiscent of the Spanish woodland, persistence in the mouth and a delicate taste with traces of acorn.

INGREDIENTS: ham (the rear limb) from acorn fed Ibérico pork, salt, preservatives (E- 250 and E-252) and antioxidant (E-300).

Vacuum-packed product. Approximate net weight 100 g. Other weights available. Keep refrigerated between 3 and 7 ºC. Once opened, keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight; it is not necessary to keep refrigerated but recommended. It is recommended to open the pack 15 mins before serving to maintain the quality of taste and aroma.
