Acorn fed ibérico loin half piece

Noble and exquisite due to its texture, aroma and unique flavour thanks to smoked paprika from La Vera (Spain) and our artisanal production process in Guijuelo.

Slices reveal a shiny red appearance, slightly marbled by the golden streaks of infiltrated fat; on the nose it evokes deep fragrances of the country and soft hints of our cellars, a delicate taste with notes of paprika.

INGREDIENTS: selected loin from acorn fed Ibérico pork, salt, paprika, spices and natural seasonings, preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and antioxidant (E-300).

Vacuum-packed product. Approximate net weight between 700 and 850 g. Keep refrigerated between 3 and 7 °C. Once opened, keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight; is not necessary to keep refrigerated but recommended. It is recommended to open the pack 15 mins before serving to maintain the quality of taste and aroma.
