Our acorn fed Ibérico salchichón is a of top-quality sausage elaborated in Guijuelo, following a recipe that has been passed on from generation to generation.

Our selection of meats from acorn fed Ibérico pigs and our traditional recipe which is based on the mixture of several spices -the black pepper being especially noteworthy in its flavour and aroma- make this exclusive Señorio de Aldeavieja delicacy.

INGREDIENTES: Carne de cerdo ibérico de bellota, grasa, sal, pimienta y especias naturales, proteínas de leche, lactosa, dextrosa, antioxidante E-301, conservadores E-250 y E-252.

Vacuum-packed product. Approximate net weight between 700 and 850 g. Keep refrigerated between 3 and 7 °C. Once opened, keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight; is not necessary to keep refrigerated but recommended. It is recommended to open the pack 15 mins before serving to maintain the quality of taste and aroma.
