In Señorío de Aldeavieja, our Ibérico ham is recognized by their noble and exquisite caracter. Our production process lasts more than 30 months as our Ibérico hams rest for a long period of time in our natural cellars.

Our Ibérico ham has a black hoof and the most exquisite organoleptic features: its great range of cherry-reddish colour with innumerable gold streaks of accumulated fat causes its gorgeous texture and its lingering bouquet. It results in an exceptional taste on the palate.

INGREDIENTS: ham (the rear limb) from ibérico pork, salt, preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and antioxidant (E-300).

Approximate net weight between 7 and 9,5 kg. Keep in a cool, dry place.
