The lomo or Ibérico loin sausage is one of the noblest parts of the Ibérico pork and the most highly-appreciated.

Señorío de Aldeavieja Ibérico loin gets its marbled, pink colour, a juicy, smooth texture and its intense aroma thanks to an appropriate curing period and our experience in seasoning with the best Spanish pimentón (paprika).

INGREDIENTS: selected loin from ibérico pork, salt, paprika, spices and natural seasonings, preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and antioxidant (E-300).

Vacuum-packed product. Approximate net weight between 700 and 850 g. Keep refrigerated between 3 and 7 °C. Once opened, keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight; is not necessary to keep refrigerated but recommended. It is recommended to open the pack 15 mins before serving to maintain the quality of taste and aroma.
