In Señorío de Aldeavieja, our Ibérico shoulder undergoes a curing process of more than 18 months to achieve a top quality product. Its smooth and juicy consistency, its great range of pink-reddish colour with good infiltration and marbling of accumulated fat and its pleasant aroma make Señorío de Aldeavieja Ibérico shoulder a unique experience for your senses.

INGREDIENTS: shoulder (the front limb) from Ibérico pork, salt, preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and antioxidant (E-300).

Vacuum-packed product. Approximate net weight between 2,5 and 3 kg. Keep refrigerated between 3 and 7 ºC. Once opened, keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight; it is not necessary to keep refrigerated but recommended. It is recommended to open the pack 15 mins before serving to maintain the quality of taste and aroma.
