In Señorío de Aldeavieja, our Ibérico ham is recognised for its noble and exquisite character.

Our production process lasts more than 30 months as our Ibérico hams rest for a long period of time in our natural cellars.

Our Ibérico ham has a black hoof and the most exquisite organoleptic features: its great range of cherry-reddish colour with innumerable gold streaks of accumulated fat causes its gorgeous texture and its lingering bouquet. It results in an exceptional taste on the palate.

· Acorn fed ibérico ham ·

In Señorío de Aldeavieja, our acorn fed Ibérico ham comes from acorn fed pigs raised and exclusively fed during the acorn-rich montanera season in the woodlands of south west Spain.

Due to our production process which lasts more than 30 months, its tasting notes reveal an intense burgundy colour with glistening intramuscular fat, an intense aroma reminiscent of the Spanish woodland, persistence in the mouth and a delicate taste with traces of acorn.
