Señorío de Aldeavieja Ibérico loin gets its marbled, pink colour, its juicy, smooth texture and its intense aroma thanks to an appropriate curing period and our experience in seasoning with the best Spanish pimentón (paprika).

Noble and exquisite due to its texture, aroma and unique flavour thanks to smoked paprika from La Vera (Spain) and our artisanal production process in Guijuelo.

Slices reveal a shiny red appearance, slightly marbled by the golden streaks of infiltrated fat; on the nose it evokes deep fragrances of the country and soft hints of our cellars, a delicate taste with notes of paprika.
